From internationally recognised standards to nearly 57,000 customer reviews and an employee-owned culture, Kite Packaging puts proof behind its promises.

In business, trust is easy to promise and much harder to prove. Every supplier can talk about quality, reliability and service, but for customers choosing a long-term packaging partner, the real question is what sits behind those claims. At Kite Packaging, we believe confidence should be built on evidence, not simply marketing words.
That is why our latest ISO milestone matters. Kite has strengthened its certification by moving to a UKAS-accredited certification body and adding ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Alongside ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management, it means three important areas of our business are now independently assessed against recognised international standards.
For customers, that reassurance reaches far beyond certificates on a wall. ISO 9001 supports consistent processes, accountability and continual improvement. ISO 14001 provides a structured approach to managing environmental responsibilities and improving environmental performance. ISO 45001 adds formal recognition of the systems used to manage health, safety and workplace risk.
Together, they demonstrate that quality, responsibility and safety are not treated as separate initiatives, but as part of the way Kite operates every day.
Independent certification, however, only tells one side of the story. Processes matter, but ultimately customers judge a supplier on what they actually experience: Was ordering straightforward? Did the products arrive when expected? Was the quality right? And if something went wrong, was it dealt with properly?
That is where our Trustpilot profile provides a very different kind of evidence. With nearly 57,000 customer reviews and an Excellent rating, Kite has built one of the largest publicly visible bodies of customer feedback in the UK packaging market. The scale is important. This is not a handful of testimonials selected for a brochure; it is tens of thousands of individual experiences shared openly over many years.
Recent feedback regularly highlights quick delivery, product quality, ease of ordering and helpful customer service. We are proud of that, but the value of reviews is not simply in the positive comments. They also give us a direct view of where expectations have not been met. Trust is not built by pretending every order is perfect. It is built by listening, responding and using feedback to improve.
A certificate can validate a process; customers validate the experience. For us, the strongest reassurance comes when the two support each other, with independently assessed systems behind the scenes and strong customer feedback at the other end.
There is also a third part to the story: Kite is powered by employee share-ownership. The people working with our customers, managing stock, processing orders, developing products and solving problems have a genuine stake in the success of the business. That creates a different kind of accountability. Customer satisfaction is not somebody else’s target; it directly contributes to the company we collectively own.
Employee ownership cannot guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong, just as a certification or review score cannot. What it can do is create a culture in which people have an additional reason to care about getting things right and improving when they do not.
For businesses choosing a packaging supplier, trust should never have to rest on a single claim. At Kite, it is supported from several directions: internationally recognised management standards certified through a UKAS-accredited body, almost 57,000 public customer reviews, and an employee-owned culture built around shared responsibility.
Three different measures, one consistent message. Trust is not something we ask customers to give us. It is something we work to earn, order after order.
