Mountain Warehouse partnered with Breathe Technologies to deploy Pick IQ, a manual picking optimisation software layer for major WMS platforms, across its Peterborough distribution centre. It boosted picking density, accuracy and profitability for both retail and e-commerce channels, including handling the very different volumetric demands of summer and winter ranges without changing the process pickers follow day to day.
