LPP Group is one of Central Europe’s largest fashion retailers, operating five internationally recognised brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. The company serves customers across more than 40 markets through an extensive retail and e-commerce network, supported by a rapidly expanding logistics operation.

LPP Logistics manages the logistics operations of the LPP Group, operating a growing network of highly automated fulfilment centres that support the company’s omnichannel strategy. To meet rapidly growing e-commerce demand across South-Eastern Europe, LPP Logistics launched a new fulfilment centre near Bucharest, Romania.

Following the rapid acceleration of e-commerce during and after the pandemic, LPP Logistics faced increasing pressure to expand fulfilment capacity while maintaining operational efficiency.

The company needed a solution capable of supporting: Rapidly growing order volumes, increasing SKU variety, faster delivery expectations, long-term scalability without disrupting ongoing operations and higher storage density within the available footprint.

To support its next stage of growth, LPP Logistics deployed a large-scale HaiPick System 3 solution at its Romania fulfilment centre. The system combines 278 HaiPick Automated Case-handling Robots (ACRs) and 670 Fast-transit Companion AMRs, working together to deliver high-density storage, intelligent goods-to-person fulfilment, and flexible material transport throughout the operation.

With 625,000+ automated storage locations and the capacity to store up to 7.5 million apparel and accessory items, the solution enables LPP Logistics to significantly increase storage density while maintaining operational flexibility.

The project was delivered in less than six months, enabling LPP Logistics to rapidly expand fulfilment capacity while maintaining operational continuity.

The new fulfilment centre delivers substantial improvements across storage capacity, operational efficiency, and future scalability.

For LPP Logistics, selecting the right automation partner was about more than technology alone.

According to the LPP Logistics team, a key differentiator was Hai Robotics’ ability to listen to customer needs, adapt solutions to operational requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to create long-term value.

Rather than delivering a standard off-the-shelf product, the collaboration focused on building a scalable fulfilment solution aligned with both current operational goals and future business growth.
