An impressive shortlist of finalists has been announced for the 2026 everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards, in association with DSV and Amazon Relay, celebrating exceptional women who are transforming the industry through their leadership and vision.

everywoman in Transport and Logistics Winners 2025.

Now in its 19th year, this prestigious programme spotlights remarkable female talent in a male-dominated sector where women account for only 27% of the 2.5 million-strong transport workforce and 20% of the two million people working in logistics and warehousing. By showcasing the achievements of women at all stages of their careers, from apprentices to C-Suite leaders, the awards aim to inspire the next generation of female leaders to pursue careers in this dynamic field.

Combined, the logistics and transport sectors generate around £192.9 billion for the UK economy, and logistics alone employs more than 8% of the national workforce, underscoring the sector’s critical importance. The winners of the everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards, in association with DSV and Amazon Relay, will be announced at the awards ceremony and luncheon held on Wednesday, 24th June 2026, at the Royal Lancaster London.

Nicole Goodwin and Sophie Catto, Joint Managing Directors of AllBright everywoman, said: “Every year, the calibre of nominations reminds us just how much exceptional talent exists across this industry and this year’s finalists are no exception. At a time when the sector is being reshaped by automation, AI and the drive towards net zero, it’s more important than ever to ensure women are leading that transformation. These finalists are doing exactly that and we hope their stories inspire the next generation to see transport and logistics as a sector where they can thrive.”

Surinder Dubro, Managing Director, UK Contract Logistics at DSV, said: “Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists, and to all of our DSV colleagues who have been shortlisted, you all represent the very best of our industry. Your leadership, ambition and impact are helping to redefine what transport and logistics looks like today and for the future. As a sector, we have a responsibility to create more opportunities for women at every level. At DSV, we’re committed to building an environment where people can thrive, develop and lead. Celebrating these achievements is an important step in continuing that progress.”

Vignesh Solairaj, Director, Supply Chain at Amazon Relay, said: “At Amazon Relay, we believe that a stronger, more diverse workforce drives a stronger industry. We are proud to partner with the everywoman in Transport & Logistics Awards to celebrate the outstanding women who are shaping the future of our sector. This year’s finalists demonstrate the incredible depth of female talent across transport and logistics, and their achievements remind us why championing diversity and inclusion is not just the right thing to do – it’s essential for the continued growth and innovation of our industry.”

There is one winner for the Tech Innovator, International Inspiration, Industry Champion, Male Agent of Change, Apprentice of the Year, Sustainability Champion and Entrepreneur Award categories. For other awards, there will be two winners – one for Above & Beyond, and the other for Leader.
