DELIVER Europe, the leading invitation-only event for retail and supply chain leaders, is spotlighting its full 2026 conference programme as the event enters its final weeks of preparation, with matchmaking already live and attendees building their meeting schedules ahead of 3+4 June at TAETS Event Park, Amsterdam.
Having marked its tenth anniversary in 2025 with record attendance and a landmark sustainability keynote from climate advocate Christiana Figueres, DELIVER Europe returns this year with a sharpened focus – moving the conversation on from broad industry themes to the specific, commercially grounded questions that leaders are grappling with right now. Where 2025 asked what the next decade of retail logistics might look like, 2026 is concerned with what needs to happen this year: how AI moves from pilot to scaled deployment, how circular economy models translate into measurable business value, and how supply chain leaders build the organisations capable of delivering on both.
Joeri Kuik, VP Supply Chain at MediaMarktSaturn, will share how the pan-European electronics giant is redesigning its entire network, from automated distribution to urban fulfilment hubs, with the customer at the centre. Kirsty Keoghan, GM Fashion & Luxury EU at eBay, explores how the original pioneer of the circular economy is reinventing itself to stay ahead of fast-moving challengers. Erin Augustine, VP Global Sustainability at Oatly, addresses how the brand balances commercial growth with radical sustainability commitments, while Stefan Hofer, COO of Emma – The Sleep Company, brings the leadership perspective on scaling from D2C disruptor to omnichannel operator. Rounding out the headline names, Ken Tsay, Global Director of Technology at On, makes the case for treating Supply Chain, AI and Omnichannel not as separate functions, but as one integrated system.
The two-day agenda addresses the most pressing priorities across the industry through four core themes. The Future of AI is Now moves the conversation from hype to scaled impact, exploring agentic AI, risk management and practical application in retail operations. Net-Zero and Beyond examines how circular value chains can turn sustainability from a compliance exercise into a genuine commercial advantage. Cross-Chain Collaboration tackles the challenge of breaking down silos, building digital ecosystems and achieving real-time supply chain visibility. High-impact sessions from DP World, Amazon Shipping, FedEx Express, Geopost and Colissimo will examine the social commerce revolution and the transformation of the final mile from cost centre to growth driver. The DELIVER Sustainability Pulse 2026, compiled from direct input across the DELIVER network of retail and supply chain leaders, and building on the inaugural Sustainability Focus Group launched at last year’s event, will provide a data-led benchmark of where the sector genuinely stands on ESG commitments, while interactive Roundtable sessions will tackle the future of cross-border returns and the rapid expansion of Out-of-Home (OOH) delivery networks.
