Modernising a mission-critical intralogistics system without stopping operations. That was the challenge faced by Optibelt GmbH, a leading German manufacturer of high-performance drive belts. As volumes increased, the existing system had reached its limits, but downtime was not an option.
Working closely with integration partner SITLog GmbH, TGW Logistics modernised the system while daily operations continued. Legacy equipment was replaced with high-performance cranes and new technology was seamlessly integrated into the existing environment, ensuring uninterrupted packing processes and a continuous flow of goods.
The result: higher system availability, a more stable material flow, and a future-ready intralogistics platform to support Optibelt’s growth.
