What are your best-known products/solutions/services?
We help businesses large and small perform more effectively, efficiently and sustainably. We do this by providing sustainable and returnable transit packaging solutions such as Plastic Pallets, Pallet Boxes, Pallet Collars, Containers and Crates. We have an industry leading service providing next day delivery UK wide alongside unmatched customer service.
Which industry sectors are your customers in and which ones are growing fastest?
Our customers come from all industries that require warehousing or transit goods. We are seeing a sustained rise in several industries as many businesses move away from some traditional packaging methods to more sustainable and cost effective solutions. This includes the Food, Pharmaceutical, Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing and Automotive industries.
What are your most recent products and innovations?
We’ve recently launched a new range of Roll Cages. These Roll Cages integrate seamlessly with existing returnable transit packaging systems. Carefully developed for the UK market, this range offers dependable performance in terms of efficiency, durability, and operational flexibility. These Roll Cages deliver the reliable quality and practical functionality that our customers expect.
What are the major trends and developments affecting your category and your customers, and how are you responding?
Global supply chains have experienced significant change in the past 3-4 years with consumer buying behaviour driving increases in online fulfilment requirements, along with shipping interruptions meaning whole new types of transit packaging required, which we are working hard to fulfil needs for.
Can you tell us about any recent customer contracts and how you helped the customer meet their challenges?
We focus our solution on solving a pain point for a customer, we recently supported LKQ a leading aftermarket automotive parts’ distributor, following an internal review we were able to support a project which removed cardboard and replaced with a reusable plastic pallet box. This provided immediate improvements on Safety due to the traditional risks with cardboard being used at height, additional benefits were also achieved through lower insurance premiums and the continued operational spend on replacement cardboard boxes.
How does business in 2026 compare to previous years? What’s your strategy for succeeding in the current climate?
The key for us is to understand the climate and support our customers with the most cost effective solutions possible. We find the return on investment is the biggest benefit to our customers and many of them are now feeling the benefit of having previously purchased long lasting plastic products that outlast traditional packaging goods.
What’s the latest news from your company?
Investment, we are continuing to invest in our business, with recent new hires across Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse we continue to grow to ensure that we are able to offer the highest levels of customer service which we are renowned for.
Can you tell us about any areas where you’re currently making technical advances e.g., safety, sustainability, environment?
We’re constantly looking at ways to implement more sustainable plastic versions of our existing products. It’s not enough for us to be Carbon Neutral, we want to keep developing the products in the industry.
Are you investing in staff training and skills development?
Continual investment in training on products and processes is a key pillar within Exporta, not just for our new starts but ongoing for our longest serving team members. We firmly believe that this investment is a key contributor to our renowned customer service
Are you taking part in any major trade shows? Can you tell us what you’ll be exhibiting there?
