What new products or services are you developing to stay ahead of the competition?

At the Sentric Safety Group, innovation has always been central to how we support our customers. Salvo, our loading bay safety brand, is a great example of that. For over two decades, Salvo has been trusted to safeguard against accidents and protect lives in warehouse environments. We are now preparing to launch two new loading bay safety products that build on this legacy. These solutions have been designed in close collaboration with our customers to meet emerging safety challenges and deliver even greater efficiency. While we cannot share full details just yet, we are proud to say these launches will further strengthen Salvo’s position as a leader in loading bay safety.

How do you differentiate your products or services from competitors?

What sets Salvo apart is our unwavering focus on safety and our proven track record of safeguarding against some of the most serious risks in warehouse and loading operations. Unlike generic solutions, Salvo systems are specifically engineered to create a safe sequence of operations using trapped key interlocking principles, removing human error at the loading bay. Our customers value not only the reliability of our products but also the depth of expertise behind them. As part of the Sentric Safety Group, Salvo benefits from a global network of safety specialists and continuous investment in research and development, which ensures our solutions remain trusted and future ready.

How future-proof and flexible are your solutions?

Just as importantly, our solutions are designed with the future in mind. As technology, customer requirements, and regulations evolve, we ensure Salvo products can integrate seamlessly and continue to deliver protection for years to come. The upcoming product launches are a direct reflection of that approach; forward-looking solutions developed to address tomorrow’s safety needs as well as today’s.

What are your key priorities for the next year and beyond?

Our key priority is to continue strengthening our customers’ trust in Salvo as the standard for loading bay safety. In the year ahead, that means successfully introducing our two new products to the market and ensuring they deliver the same high level of safety, simplicity, and reliability that our customers expect. Beyond product launches, we are focused on supporting our partners and distributors with outstanding service and training, while also expanding our footprint in the UK and across the globe. Ultimately, our goal is to make every loading bay a safer place to work.

What do you see as the biggest opportunities in the coming year for your company?

The logistics and warehousing industry is evolving rapidly, driven by consumer demand, e-commerce growth, and the need for efficiency. With these pressures comes an even greater emphasis on safety and risk management. For the Sentric Safety Group, and Salvo in particular, this creates a major opportunity to support businesses in protecting their people while also improving operational performance. Our upcoming launches are timed to meet this demand, and we see strong opportunities to partner with both new and existing customers across sectors that are placing safety at the top of their agenda.
