IMHX 2025 is finally here. The industry is evolving at pace and we are confident that this event is going to reflect the nature and composition of that change very well. Excellence in supply chain management will be very different in the future compared with the past, with traditional excellence benchmarks becoming rapidly outdated. The intralogistics, warehousing and material handling sectors echo that statement and the show is here to highlight that movement of those excellence benchmarks, explore innovation and share thought leadership with those driving change across the sector.

This year’s event will have moved on significantly since the industry last gathered at the show in 2022. Momentum is a key word and to reflect that, it is exciting to see IMHX moving from triennial to biennial from 2025 onwards meaning the community will no longer have to wait three years for each edition.

This year’s show is all about bridging the gap between ideas and action. Whether it’s cutting-edge warehouse automation, smart software driven by artificial intelligence or the growing push for increased sustainability, the event will showcase how these trends are shaping day-to-day operations and transforming the logistics landscape for the better. The conference programme will see a range of thought-provoking keynotes, practical case studies and panel sessions tackling important issues. From harnessing AI and machine learning to navigating supply chain resilience and reducing carbon footprints, there’s something for every supply chain professional keen to stay ahead of the curve. And with established well-recognised brands on stage, the quality of discussion is going to be first class.

Those wanting to get hands-on with the latest technologies can explore the show floor. You can find the latest MHE solutions, automation systems, software platforms and data-driven innovations in action over the three-day event.

A must-attend highlight of this year’s event is the Future Zone. This dedicated area addresses two pivotal themes: Future Energy showcasing alternative energy solutions; and Future Technology looking at warehouse optimisation, highlighting efficiency and carbon reduction strategies and innovative technologies transforming supply chains. The Zone is a hands-on experience with an engaging level of interactivity including immersive VR Demos and there will also be a speaker’s corner with regular bite-sized content to enjoy.

With pressure mounting on businesses to deliver on environmental commitments, the show’s dedicated sessions and exhibitors will shine a light on solid steps that operators can take to work more responsibly – and more profitably – in today’s climate-conscious world.

With over 10,000 attendees, more than 300 exhibitors and over 35 speakers, IMHX is the UK’s premier event for supply chain and intralogistics professionals.

I look forward to welcoming you to the Warehouse & Logistics News stand (F127), be sure to stop by and say hello.
