The Qimarox Prorunner PR12 is a standard vertical conveyor that can be easily adapted to any GOH system, whether it is a hanging garment shuttle or a power-and-free conveyor with clips or trolleys. The PR12 flawlessly picks up garments from the GOH system, one by one or in bundles, and places them back on any other level. The control system allows you to enter an unlimited number of stop positions at any desired level.
What makes the PR12 ideally suited for integration into GOH systems is its exceptionally high positioning accuracy combined with the rigidity of the system. Because the deviation in positioning in both vertical and horizontal directions is a maximum of 5 millimetres, a smooth and seamless transition is guaranteed. This limits stagnation in the operation, prevents damage to the clothing and contributes to a stable and reliable overall solution.
Two product carriers
The Qimarox Prorunner PR12 offers a high capacity. With a height difference of 2 metres, the PR12 achieves no less than 400 cycles per hour. What makes the machine unique is the possibility to attach two separately driven carriers to one column. This allows the transport capacity to be easily doubled, while keeping space requirements to a minimum. The vertical range of the Prorunner PR12 is up to 24 metres. This means that one machine can easily serve three, four, five or even more mezzanine levels.
