Building on Daifuku’s proven automation portfolio—AS/RS, STV, and more—backed by over 85 years of industry expertise, our new Sorting Transfer Robot (SOTR) Series brings powerful new flexibility to our end-to-end intralogistics offerings. SOTR-S, SOTR-M, and SOTR-L are designed to seamlessly complement our existing solutions—giving customers a hybrid approach and more ways than ever to move, store, and sort goods with efficiency.

Making its European debut at LogiMAT 2026, the SOTR Series introduces a smarter, more adaptable approach to piece, case and tote, pallet handling in high mix fast changing environments.
The SOTR-S is engineered for speed, sorting up to 10,000 lines per hour and reaching 180 m/min. Its two-tier architecture and narrow aisle design deliver high throughput using less than half the footprint of conventional sorting systems. Fast to deploy and easy to scale up, it adds performance without adding complexity.
For totes and cases, the SOTR-M reduces reliance on fixed conveyors and gives facilities greater control over dynamic workflows. From goods to person picking to feeding production lines, it ensures materials always arrive at the right place, at the right time.
The SOTR-L completes the lineup with pallet transport and sorting. Together, all three models form a scalable transport and sorting ecosystem ideal for ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, parcel distribution, and beyond. You can see the full SOTR Series at LogiMAT 2026 (Hall 1, Booth 1J67). The SOTR-M will run in a live demo, with the SOTR-S and SOTR-L also on display.
Discover the new series and take your step towards a more efficient tomorrow!
