Following its global debut at LogiMAT 2025, Hai Robotics’ HaiPick Climb solution has moved rapidly from exhibition floors into real-world operations, with thousands of HaiClimber robots already supporting daily warehouse operations across multiple regions worldwide. Recognized with several industry awards and adopted by customers across industries, HaiPick Climb has established itself as a simplified and efficient goods-to-person automation solution.
Building on this momentum, Hai Robotics returns to LogiMAT 2026 to present an upgrade to the existing HaiPick Climb system – expanding its capabilities while preserving the simplicity and reliability that have driven its market adoption.
From March 24 to 26 at Booth 3A03, Hai Robotics will showcase the upgraded HaiPick Climb live, demonstrating how the simplified and proven goods-to-person solution continues to evolve – introducing additional modular options that allow the system to be more precisely configured to customer needs.
Proven Operations with Strong Ecosystem Support
HaiPick Climb is no longer a concept system. Multiple HaiPick Climb projects are currently in operation or under implementation across multiple regions, with thousands of HaiClimbers already in the field globally, supporting picking, replenishment, and fulfillment workflows with simplified efficiency.
This momentum is further reinforced by its growing presence within the European automation ecosystem. In addition to direct customer deployments, the solution has been actively presented and implemented through leading system integrators, including Dematic, Körber, Fortna, Vanderlande, and others.
The system’s growing footprint, combined with industry recognition, reflects its successful transition from launch to scalable deployment. The latest upgrade builds directly on this experience, extending what the system can support in real warehouse environments.
Modularity Built on a Proven Foundation
HaiPick Climb is designed as a simple and efficient automation solution, reducing complexity while delivering strong performance. With this upgrade, Hai Robotics has enhanced HaiPick Climb by expanding its modular capabilities within the same proven architecture.
With this upgrade, HaiPick Climb now supports:
- Double-deep picking for enhanced storage density
- A broader range of customer-supplied containers, including totes, cartons, and products in original packaging
- A wider selection of workstation configurations, designed to further improve operational efficiency
The modular nature of the upgraded HaiPick Climb allows these elements to be combined and configured based on specific operational requirements, enabling the solution to better fit different warehouse profiles while maintaining a clear and simple system design.
Looking Ahead with HaiPick Climb
“HaiPick Climb has seen strong engagement across Europe since its introduction,” said Sean Wang, EMEA Sales Director at Hai Robotics. “This upgrade is a direct response to what the market has been asking for – more flexibility and higher efficiency, while keeping the system simple and reliable. We’re not changing what HaiPick Climb is. We’re strengthening what it can do.”
By expanding configuration options and improving system efficiency, the upgraded HaiPick Climb solution helps warehouses adapt more easily to changing operational needs, without introducing disruption or unnecessary system overhead.
Experience HaiPick Climb at LogiMAT 2026
