Wrenbridge and Bridges Fund Management, has officially launched Click Letchworth, a new high-quality logistics and industrial development located in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.

The scheme will deliver three modern industrial units ranging in size from 26,522 sq ft to 61,677 sq ft, designed to meet the needs of forward-thinking occupiers, with practical, flexible space and market-leading sustainability credentials. Construction is scheduled to commence later this month, with practical completion targeted for Q4 2026.

Strategically positioned just 4 minutes from the A1 and approximately 22 minutes from the M25, Click Letchworth offers excellent connectivity to London and the wider South East. The development will benefit from a 3.25MVA power supply, making it well suited to advanced manufacturing, logistics and technology-led businesses.

Click Letchworth is targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding, and will be zero carbon in operation – delivering estimated energy savings of up to £37,498 per annum – in line with Wrenbridge and Bridges’ commitment to delivering sustainable, future-ready industrial space.

Harry Gibson, Director at Wrenbridge said: “Click Letchworth has a number of modern sustainability features integrated within the build as standard, meeting the needs of occupiers both now and in the future. We’re excited to bring this scheme forward alongside Bridges Fund Management and look forward to starting on site later this month.”

Henry Pepper, Partner at Wrenbridge said: “We’re delighted to be starting work on this new scheme. As one of the most sustainable industrial buildings in the UK, we hope it will be very attractive to a range of occupiers looking to reduce their energy costs and achieve their ESG goals, while also benefiting from its outstanding location.”
