The Top Employers Institute evaluates companies based on their HR Best Practices Survey which assesses international standards across six HR areas and 20 varied topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion. The certification confirms that Rhenus meets internationally recognised standards in how it develops, supports and empowers its people.
