Scopism’s independent SIAM Assured programme measures organisations against internationally recognised benchmarks of best practice and looks at capability, maturity, governance, people, processes and customer outcomes. By choosing to undergo the rigorous assessment required to achieve Scopism SIAM Assured status, organisations demonstrate their commitment to the delivery of excellence in service integration and continual improvement across multi-provider service environments.
