DELIVER Middle East successfully concluded its inaugural edition on 21–22 January 2026, marking a major milestone in DELIVER’s global expansion and firmly positioning Dubai as the region’s newest hub for senior retail, commerce, and supply chain decision-makers.

Powered by a strategic partnership with DP World as Headline Sponsor and Launch Partner, the debut event brought together 200 senior retail and brand executives alongside 21 carefully selected solution providers for two days of precision matchmaking, strategic content, and high-level networking.

“Through our partnership with DELIVER, DP World is able to engage the retail sector in a highly focused and well-curated way,” said Beat Simon, Group Chief Operating Officer, DP World. “The matchmaking format ensures every meeting is relevant and purposeful, removing inefficiencies and creating real value. This approach enables meaningful conversations and tangible outcomes from the very start of the event.”

Underpinned by DELIVER’s proven matchmaking model, the event facilitated 650 one-to-one meetings, ensuring every interaction was commercially relevant and aligned to live projects and priorities across the Middle East.

“The Middle East is the place where things are happening, particularly in the logistics and supply chain industry”, said Andreu Marco, COO, Chalhoub Group. “DELIVER is doing an event in the right place with the right people. It’s very exciting to be here with our supply chain family.”

Strong Regional Engagement from Day One

The launch edition welcomed senior leaders from leading regional and international organisations including Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets, Al Rabie Saudi Foods, Alrayah Market, Amazon, Arabian Oud, Chalhoub Group, Decathlon Egypt, GMG, GOAT Group, Halwani Brothers, HelloFresh, Henkel, Kibsons International, L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, RAK Ceramics, S. C. Johnson, Zahrawi Group, and many more, reflecting strong demand for a platform that prioritises return on time for executives and measurable ROI for solution partners.

By focusing exclusively on retail, commerce, and supply chain leaders, DELIVER Middle East filled a clear gap in the regional event landscape, offering a dedicated, senior-level forum for focused discussion and deal-led engagement across the sector.

“DELIVER Middle East was created to meet a clear regional need. A focused environment where senior leaders can connect with purpose and move faster on the priorities shaping their supply chains,” said Stéphane Tomczak, Founder and Chairman of DELIVER. “The quality of dialogue and engagement at this first edition confirms the Middle East’s appetite for a platform of this calibre.”

Content Reflecting a Region in Transformation

Across two days, the conference programme featured senior leaders from retail, commerce, logistics, and technology, addressing the practical realities shaping supply chains across the Middle East.

Sessions examined Dubai’s role as a global trade and fulfilment hub, the shift from sustainability ambition to operational delivery, the rise of q-commerce and increasing customer expectations, and the growing impact of AI on planning, fulfilment, and decision-making. Additional discussions focused on building resilient supply chains, developing leadership capability, and attracting and retaining talent in a rapidly evolving regional market.

On Day Two, senior-level roundtables provided a closed-door environment for peer-to-peer discussion, allowing retail leaders to share challenges, compare approaches, and exchange practical insight on live priorities.

High-Impact Experiences and Community Moments

Ahead of the main event, invited executives gathered for the DELIVER Elite Dinner, setting the tone for the event through intimate conversation and relationship-building among senior peers.

A standout highlight was the DP World Port Tour, offering behind-the-scenes access to Jebel Ali Port and Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza). The experience showcased Dubai’s world-class logistics infrastructure and DP World’s role in enabling smarter, more sustainable global trade through multimodal connectivity, automation, and digital innovation.

Once the event was underway, Day One concluded with the DELIVER Vendor Awards, celebrating solution providers delivering exceptional impact across innovation, sustainability, customer experience, and brand excellence. Voted for exclusively by attending retailers, the awards recognised companies driving measurable value across the retail and supply chain ecosystem. This year’s winners included Jeebly, named both Rising Star and Brand Excellence Award winner; DP World, recognised for Customer Experience and awarded the Game Changer Award; and Manhattan, honoured with the Sustainability Award.

The celebrations continued later that evening at the official networking party at Firefly Garden, where music, magic, and a relaxed open-air atmosphere brought the DELIVER Middle East community together. The evening provided a natural extension of the day’s meetings, with conversations continuing late into the night and new connections forming in a more informal setting.

The second day opened with the Women in Retail Breakfast, an invite-only gathering that sparked candid, high-energy conversation among women shaping the future of retail, logistics, and supply chain leadership across the Middle East. The session proved a standout moment for shared insight, peer connection, and community-building at senior level.

Building a Long-Term Platform for the Middle East

The successful launch of DELIVER Middle East marks the beginning of a long-term regional platform designed to connect senior leaders, accelerate live projects, and strengthen the Middle East’s role in global supply chain innovation.

Following strong momentum from its inaugural edition, DELIVER Middle East will return to Dubai on 20-21 January 2027, continuing to build a high-impact community at the intersection of retail, commerce, and logistics.
