Girteka Logistics, the largest asset-based logistics company in Europe, has a new Commercial Director. Mindaugas Pasilauskas took up this position on January 2, 2026.
Pasilauskas has more than 6 years of experience in the Girteka Group. In 2019, he joined the group’s subsidiary Class Trucks, where he served as CEO for four years, reorganising sales, operations and administrative structures and successfully expanding international operations in Lithuania, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland. Later, Pasilauskas became Girteka’s CEO, and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Pasilauskas specialises in strategy development, commercial and sales management, digital solutions implementation, customer portfolio management and operations optimisation.
