What are your primary objectives for participating in LogiMAT 2026?

LogiMAT is a key opportunity for us to engage with customers, partners, and industry peers, and to demonstrate how real-time warehouse visibility can deliver tangible improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This year marks our fourth time attending the show, and we’re excited to be back again, continuing conversations with operators who are actively looking to modernise their warehouse operations and build more resilient, data-driven facilities.

What differentiates your company from others in your sector?

Dexory is a full-stack warehouse visibility platform and the only provider to bring autonomous data capture and data visualisation together in a single solution. By combining robotics-led data collection with a live, intuitive digital twin of the warehouse, Dexory enables operators to see, understand, and act on what’s happening across their operations in real time, without manual scans or disruption to day-to-day activity.

How are customers typically using Dexory’s data on a day-to-day basis?

Customers use Dexory’s data to maintain a continuously accurate understanding of inventory, space, and how their warehouse is operating in practice. On a daily basis, this supports inventory validation, early identification of discrepancies, improved slotting and replenishment decisions, and better use of available space. Beyond inventory accuracy, the data highlights process inefficiencies, constraints, and under-utilised areas across the site. This allows teams to prioritise actions that improve stock health, throughput, and labour efficiency, focusing effort where it delivers the greatest operational impact.

What strategies do you believe the warehouse and logistics sectors should adopt to maximise operational efficiency?

To maximise efficiency, the warehouse and logistics sectors need to move away from periodic checks and static reports towards continuous, real-time insight across the entire operation. Having up-to-date visibility into inventory, space, and stock health enables faster and more confident decision-making, reduces firefighting, and supports more proactive optimisation.

Additionally, applying AI to this data allows operators to uncover patterns, risks, and optimisation opportunities that are not visible through manual analysis. These insights help improve overall site productivity, balance workloads more effectively, and make better use of labour, space, and automation. As a result, inefficiencies can be identified and addressed earlier, before they impact service levels or operating costs.

Why is now the right time for warehouse operators to invest in real-time visibility?

Warehouses are facing increasing pressure from labour shortages, rising costs, and higher service-level expectations. Real-time visibility gives operators greater control and confidence, helping them respond quickly to change, reduce operational risk, and optimise performance on an ongoing basis rather than reacting after issues arise.

What steps are your company taking to build a more sustainable and environmentally responsible business model?

Sustainability is embedded throughout our operations, from how our robots are designed and built to how they are maintained and ultimately recycled at the end of their lifecycle.

However, our greatest impact comes through our customers. By capturing and analysing live warehouse data, Dexory helps operators identify inefficiencies, reduce product loss, and minimise waste. With the ability to scan sites daily, issues such as idle or near-expiry stock can be addressed in real time, enabling goods to be returned to circulation rather than written off.

What is the long-term vision for the company over the next five years?

Dexory’s vision is to become the intelligence layer that enables warehouses to operate as adaptive, self-learning environments – what we describe as the “adaptive warehouse.” By continuing to combine robotics, AI, and data, we aim to help customers move from reactive decision-making to continuous, data-driven optimisation at scale.

Finally, what key message or takeaway would you like visitors to your stand to leave with?

That real-time visibility is no longer just a “nice to have.” It is a foundational capability for running resilient, efficient, and future-ready warehouse operations.
