Who has inspired you most in your career?

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s happened in your career?

Ha ha, recently I was presenting about how the hearts and minds of our teams impact change management in relation to our customer experience. It’s something I’m really passionate about, and I ended up welling up mid-sentence! I had to pause and apologise to a room full of industry leaders — not quite what I’d planned!

Do you have any hidden talents?

I can usually find a way to fix things — practical or people problems! I’ve also got a good memory for detail, which comes in handy more often than you’d think.

Time — a quiet morning with a good coffee and no rush is a real treat.

If you won the Lottery, what would you do?

I’d travel, invest in a few causes I care about, and make sure family and friends were taken care of. But I’d still want to do something purposeful — I’m not sure what, but I’d be no good at doing nothing!

Who or what makes you laugh?

Quick wit, clever humour, and definitely my husband!

What’s your dream holiday?

A world cruise — exploring, good wine, sunshine, and a view of the sea.

2 Future 4 U, Armand Van Helden.

What’s your favourite movie or Netflix series?

My guilty pleasure is anything Real Housewives.

What would be your advice to someone thinking about coming into the industry (apart from “don’t do it”)?

Bring your energy and your problem-solving hat. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s full of opportunities to make a real impact. If you’re proactive and like a challenge, you’ll thrive.
