What are your best-known products/solutions/services?
Renovotec is a technology solutions provider partnering with leading hardware and software manufacturers worldwide. Our unique position enables us to deliver the best market value and exclusive managed service solutions—such as Guardian—to support and optimise your device estate.
Working with our networking partner Ruckus Networks, we deliver high-performance wired and wireless solutions that connect people, scanners, AGVs, AMRs, IoT devices, and systems seamlessly—especially in demanding environments like manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Ruckus’ flagship offerings include Ruckus One®, an AI-driven cloud platform for unified network management, and advanced Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 access points renowned for RF excellence. Their SmartZone, Cloudpath, and ICX Switches provide secure, resilient connectivity, while proprietary BeamFlex®, ChannelFly®, and AI-driven optimisation ensure unmatched performance in dense, interference-prone industrial spaces.
How do you think your industry sector is performing at the moment?
The networking industry is experiencing strong growth, driven by digital transformation and the rise of Industry 4.0, autonomous mobile robots, and smart factories. Reliable wireless connectivity has evolved from a convenience to a mission-critical utility. Today, customers aren’t just buying Wi-Fi—they’re buying automation, intelligence, and uptime. As factories and warehouses deploy more IoT devices, AI-driven networks that self-optimise, predict faults, and ensure performance have become the new standard. Ruckus excels in this space, bridging IT and OT to deliver seamless, resilient connectivity across enterprise and industrial environments.
How many markets are you in and what is your biggest market?
Renovotec has global reach with offices in the USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand as well as a head office and flagship Innovation Centre in the UK. Our networking partner Ruckus operates in markets globally, spanning North America, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America, with solutions deployed across education, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics (MWL), hospitality, government, and service provider segments. Their largest market remains North America, where they continue to grow in manufacturing, logistics, and education. However, they’ve seen significant expansion in EMEA and APAC as digital transformation accelerates. In Europe, large-scale customers in the industrial and logistics sectors demonstrate the growing trust in Ruckus solutions for critical connectivity.
What are your most recent product innovations?
At Renovotec, we drive innovation in enterprise connectivity and automation, empowering businesses to operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Partnering with Ruckus enables us to offer innovative solutions the most recent of which are Wi-Fi 7 and AI-driven automation.
Wi-Fi 7 marks a generational leap, delivering multi-gigabit throughput, ultra-low latency, and interference-free connectivity using advanced 320 MHz channels and multi-link operation (MLO). This is especially valuable in MWL environments where AGVs, sensors, and tablets must communicate instantly and without interruption. Their AI-driven Ruckus One® platform provides predictive insights, anomaly detection, and automated troubleshooting, reducing manual workload and operational costs for lean IT teams. AI converts raw telemetry into actionable intelligence, ensuring network resilience and proactive incident prevention.
What is your strategy for growth and success in 2026?
Our strategy centres on vertical specialisation, AI-driven autonomy, and Industry 4.0 enablement. By deepening our presence in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics, we align technology with operational needs. Ruckus will advance the Ruckus One® platform into a fully autonomous ecosystem capable of self-healing, optimising, and scaling with minimal intervention, while expanding partnerships with system integrators, IoT providers, and automation companies to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Can you tell us about any areas, such as in AI, where you’re currently making technical advances?
Through Ruckus One®, we use machine learning to detect anomalies, classify issues, and recommend automated resolutions. AI-driven insights predict failures before impact, supporting lean IT operations. We’re also enhancing Zero-Trust Security with Dynamic Pre-Shared Keys (DPSK) for simple, scalable authentication in industrial settings. Renovotec’s 6,000 sq ft Innovation Centre lets customers test robotics, machine vision, mobility, and wireless solutions in realistic environments—tailored to simulate warehouse, logistics, retail, or healthcare operations.
Can you foresee autonomous mobile robots and goods-to-person systems becoming more mainstream to improve efficiency and reduce manual labour?
Yes – Absolutely. This evolution is already underway in Tier 1 supplier environments and high-throughput logistics hubs. Reliable wireless connectivity is the lifeblood of these systems—each robot depends on uninterrupted communication for navigation, safety, and task coordination. Ruckus’s low-latency, high-availability networks ensure these systems can scale safely. By combining Wi-Fi 7 and AI-based QoS management, we enable autonomous robots to operate with millisecond-level responsiveness—transforming productivity and worker safety.
Will advanced connectivity become more crucial for data sharing and communication between warehousing tasks and systems?
Yes—high throughput, reliability, and consistency are now mission-critical. Continuous data exchange between scanners, conveyors, AGVs, and ERP systems demands zero downtime. Ruckus ensures visibility and optimisation across switching, wireless, and cloud layers, while AI dynamically balances load and reduces interference to keep operations fluid and data-driven.
Is the industry placing a greater emphasis on sustainability?
Yes, sustainability is integral to design. Ruckus supports this through energy-efficient hardware and smart power control. Access points use Tx Power Control to automatically power down during idle periods, reducing carbon footprint and operating costs without manual oversight.
Are robust cybersecurity measures becoming a greater priority?
Definitely. With IT/OT convergence, security must extend from edge to core. Ruckus employs zero-trust frameworks, DPSK authentication, segmentation, and AI-driven analytics to isolate threats and contain compromised devices. Renovotec complements this with a holistic approach, embedding managed cybersecurity into devices, software, and networks for end-to-end protection.
What sets your company apart from others?
Renovotec boasts a unique combination of innovation, independence, and industry expertise. Unlike single-vendor solution providers, Renovotec operates as a multi-vendor technology integrator, giving customers access to the best-in-class hardware, software, and network solutions from across the market customised to their specific operational needs.
Renovotec also distinguishes itself through its hands-on Innovation Centre, where clients can trial and validate emerging technologies – from robotics and AI-driven automation to advanced wireless infrastructure – before deployment in the field.
With deep roots in warehousing, logistics, retail, and healthcare, Renovotec’s team blends technical know-how with real-world operational insight, ensuring that every solution is not just innovative, but also practical, scalable, and ROI-focused. Partnering with Ruckus who stands apart through its vertical focus, purpose-driven engineering, and RF performance excellence, further boosts Renovotec’s ability to deliver high-performance, resilient connectivity solutions that power mission-critical operations across demanding industrial environments.
