Customers rated Infios an average of 4.5 out of 5 based on 32 reviews as of August 31, 2025, a result that positioned the company in the Customers’ Choice quadrant of the Gartner Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Vendors placed in the upper-right “Customers’ Choice” quadrant of the “Voice of the Customer” have scores that meet or exceed the market average for both axes. Infios, (previously Körber Supply Chain Software), also received this distinction in 2023.
