Urban logistics property developer and investment manager Chancerygate has hired the former head of Europe at Civitas Investment Management to lead its continental expansion plans.
Nikolay Velev has joined the business as Head of Europe with responsibility for further growing Chancerygate’s development and investment management footprint throughout the continent.
He has 20 years’ experience including being an investments managing director at Tristan Capital Partners in London and an acquisitions associate at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in Frankfurt.
