To help the sector respond, PMD Business Finance (PMD), in partnership with the Road Haulage Associate (RHA), has strengthened its support for RHA members through the RHA Business Finance offering, with the appointment of two respected industry figures; Ian Jones in a strategic consultancy role and Joel Moffat as Business Development Director.
