Shipping software specialist Shipster is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a senior team expansion to accelerate the development of next-generation products and services for e-commerce businesses.
Shipster has now strengthened its leadership with two significant changes. Phillip Smyth has joined as Senior Developer, bringing extensive experience in software development, warehouse systems, and innovation management.
Rachel Bircher has been promoted to Head of Support, recognising her contribution since joining in 2020 and the vital role of Shipster’s customer-first support function, which serves over 100 retailers.
