Knight Property Group has completed the acquisition, refurbishment, leasing and ultimate sale of a 46,858 sq ft industrial unit at Tannochside Business Park in Uddingston.
The property, a modern industrial facility, was purchased by Knight in early 2025, as part of its value-add investment strategy. A comprehensive refurbishment programme followed, delivering significant upgrades, including extensive improvements to the office space. The works have transformed the standalone warehouse into a high-quality, modern facility, making it ideally suited to fast-paced and growing enterprises.
Shortly after completion, the property was leased to DFYNE, which trades under OLR Holdings. DFYNE subsequently purchased the property from Knight, as an additional unit at Tannochside, in order to support the company’s continued expansion.
DFYNE was founded in June 2021 by fashion industry executive Oscar Ryndziewicz. The West of Scotland-based brand has achieved rapid growth, recently topping The Times Top 100 fastest growing companies in the UK, reaching £66.8 million of revenue and growth of 517%. Its innovative approach to product design, customer experience and athlete-led brand development has fuelled strong international demand for its UK-designed apparel.
Oscar Ryndziewicz, Founder and CEO of DFYNE, said: “This additional facility represents a major milestone in our journey and is a critical investment in the next phase of our growth. We’ve built DFYNE on a commitment to quality, customer service and innovation.
“From the outset, the quality of the refurbishment and the location of the building made it the perfect fit for our business. The decision to purchase the site reflects our confidence in its ability to support our operations for many years to come.”
James Barrack, Founder & Chairman of Knight Property Group, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome DFYNE to Tannochside. By acquiring, enhancing and securing a strong tenant for this property, we created significant value while delivering a high-quality industrial facility to the occupier. Supporting the growth of dynamic Scottish businesses like DFYNE is exactly what our investment and development strategy is all about.”
