Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) has signed an agreement for lease with a leading data management company, for a 391,000 sq. ft logistics facility (unit 5) at Symmetry Park, Rugby.
The undisclosed business has taken a 15-year lease on unit 5, which has been built to net-zero carbon in construction standards and boasts a BREEAM “Excellent” and EPC A+ rating.
This building forms one of three units which were speculatively developed by TBBD as part of phase one. With unit 5 now taken the two smaller buildings, comprising 338,064 sq. ft (unit 6) and 170,473 sq. ft (unit 7), remain available on a leasehold basis.
