Savills and joint agents Knight Frank have advised developer Glenmore Group on 14 successful deals at Glenmore Business Park in Brislington, East Bristol, leaving only 20 units remaining. The scheme is brand new having only reached build completion in October 2024.

In total, the scheme comprises 34 industrial units, ranging in size between 990 and 1,355 sq ft. The units are steel portal frame with high-quality micro-rib cladding systems, providing an internal height of six metres. Each unit has a vehicle access roller shutter door and first floor mezzanine. Externally, there are two allocated parking spaces per unit with EV charging points and cycle shelters, with one block benefiting from solar PVs.

Situated in an established commercial location within easy reach of wider Bristol and Bath, the site provides excellent access to the A4, M4, and the UK motorway network. Some of the occupiers that have already taken space in the scheme include Caddy Windows, Almondsbury Eco Heating, and CI Southwest Limited.

Jack Davies, Director, Industrial and Logistics, Savills Bristol, comments: “Glenmore Business Park provides new high quality business space spanning a range of sizes at a time when supply is severely constricted in Bristol. The units are ideal for a range of small businesses and affords them the rare possibility of owning their workspace or leasing with an option to buy.”
