This month IPS, the UK’s largest and most successful Co-Packer, proudly celebrates its tenth anniversary since joining the Culina Group family.

Since its acquisition by Culina Group in 2014, IPS has grown exponentially, now operating from twenty eight sites across the UK, including dedicated IPS facilities and Co-Pack operations integrated within the Culina network.

This expansion has been instrumental in positioning IPS as the leader in the Co-Packing industry, boasting 300 advanced packing lines that handle a diverse range of services including bagging, cartoning, pouches, flow-wrapping, tube filling, and shippers.

“Reflecting on the past decade, it’s incredible to see how far IPS has come,” said Andrew Dawson, IPS CEO, who has been with the business since 2005.

“From a single site in Yorkshire to becoming the sector market leader with 3,000 colleagues at peak, our journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Our success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.”

This year alone, IPS has invested over £5 million in state-of-the-art automated packing equipment, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological advancements and continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients with efficiency and precision.

“In 2024, IPS is set to surpass the ambitious £100 million revenue target that I set just three years ago,” said Andrew.

“Our ongoing investment and growth initiatives are driving unprecedented success, and we are poised to continue this momentum well into the future. 2024 is set to be another record-breaking year for both IPS and the Culina Group.”

As IPS celebrates this significant milestone with a solid foundation and a clear vision for the future, the company looks forward to many more years of innovation, growth, and industry leadership.
