Exporta are delighted to announce the innovative new MaxxRack system is now available in the UK and Ireland, exclusively from Exporta. MaxxRack is a compact and versatile storage solution crafted from high quality galvanised steel. It is designed to safely and efficiently stack even the most challenging goods, enhancing warehouse safety and efficiency.

John Wilkin, head of purchasing and product development at Exporta spotted the innovative new product and instantly saw the benefits to Exporta’s customers and the wider UK industry.

‘MaxxRack is appropriate for many warehousing applications, including internal storage. The system is ideal for customers who have no racking or would benefit from extra storage capacity in an existing space where fixed racking isn’t feasible. I’m excited Exporta will be offering this innovative new solution, as when I was first introduced to the concept, I knew it could be a game changer for many businesses in the UK & Ireland.’

So how does it work?

MaxxRack is a CE approved secure frame that’s designed to neatly surround a load with an uneven top surface that cannot be stacked on, for example, a bulk bag. The innovative system provides a secure flat surface that a second load (up to 3,200kg) can be stacked on. Therefore, two palletised loads can be stored in the same footprint, meaning you double your available storage space. Additionally, as MaxxRack does not need any aisles, they can be closed positioned to further maximise your available storage capacity. The frames are corrosion-resistant and can be stored in stacks of ten (and even outside) when not in use. The system is designed to save you money. There is also no need for fixed racking, the system is quick to assemble without specialist equipment and there are existing units that have been in use for ten years.

Non-level and difficult to stack loads are unsafe when stacked and can lead to health and safety issues, but with MaxxRack you can ensure you double the same amount of storage space without the worry of injury to your staff or damage to your goods.

You can position the units wherever you need them for maximum flexibility within your warehouse system. The robust galvanised steel is suitable for long term use in internal and external environments and unlike fixed racking, there’s no need for an annual inspection. The top deck of MaxxRack is perforated to ensure it allows sprinkler water drainage making it compatible with insurance policies.

Products like MaxxRack are typical of Exporta’s drive to provide innovative solutions to an ever-evolving industry. As the logistics industry continues to evolve, innovation is even more crucial as businesses across the UK and the world in general ensure they keep up with the latest advancements in technology and sustainable methods. Exporta are your partner in this evolution.

Exporta are the UK’s first carbon neutral supplier of returnable plastic solutions, and they continue to find ways to help UK businesses innovate by providing new solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and to improve the finances, and compliance with regulations, of their customers.

Arguably the most vital element of business evolution in 2023 and beyond is sustainability. There are many ways a company can evaluate and innovate its supply chain process to reduce carbon emissions. This includes warehousing techniques and Exporta continue to lead the charge against the traditional packaging products used in the UK, products such as wooden pallets, cardboard boxes, and plastic shrink wrap. By providing sustainable and economical solutions made from recycled plastic to replace these items like plastic pallets, pallet boxes, pallet collars, containers, crates, and much more they aim to revolutionise warehouses and supply chains across all industries within Britain and, more widely, Europe.

Returnable plastic solutions are the key to a sustainable circular economy within a business that utilises product handling goods. By replacing a wooden pallet that is easily damaged and contributes to deforestation with a pallet made from recycled plastic that has a longer lifespan any company can take a big step to achieving its own sustainable goals. At Exporta, not only are 98% of the Plastic Pallets in their range made from recycled material, but you can also now recycle the pallets with Exporta at the end of their useful life and be rewarded with credit to spend with them on your next purchase. When Plastic Pallets are recycled, they are ground down into pellets before being made into fresh pallets, therefore completing their circular lifecycle.

When you work with Exporta, you’re working with a sustainably focused company, passionate about providing planet friendly, returnable plastic solutions to help you create a circular economy within your operation. Their products are just the start of what they can do for your business. To take the next step on your business’s journey to evolve and innovate, add Exporta to your team.
