A simple and innovative recycled plastic device is helping fulfilment operations around the globe increase efficiencies and save costs.
Launched in the UK and Europe by Box Latch Europe®, a manufacturer of reusable corrugated box closure solutions, Clip & Stack is used on opposite corners of corrugated boxes to hold box flaps open and down while filling, empty or transporting contents – useful in preventing box flaps from fouling conveyors and interrupting operations.
Working with single, double, and triple wall board, use of the device on all four corners converts a carton into a tote, making it stackable and perfect for the pick & pack process, where the use of elastic bands to keep boxes open is no longer necessary. Clip & Stack will also suit assembly cells, inventory management, QA inspection and many more supply chain situations, enabling a much safer operation, while also keeping boxes damage free.
As a reusable product, Clip & Stack can be used hundreds or thousands of times and is available in either ‘heavy duty’ in orange, or ‘standard’ in black or green.
