The unique abilities of labelling and integrated safety specialist, ASG Services, together with trade supplier Warehouse Partners, to deliver a full range of warehouse safety and identification solutions will be one of the highlights of IMHX 2022.
Making its IMHX debut this year will be the Westbrook Industrial group’s new subsidiary, ASG Energy Services, a business specialising in the supply of sustainable energy solutions for the warehousing and logistics sector.
ASG Services, located on Stand 5E02, is using the event to showcase its traditional labelling, safety netting and line marking solutions but in particular, it will be introducing IMHX visitors to two of its latest product ranges, the Kingspan SafeDefence barrier system and the exciting new technology underpinning its Projected Safety Solutions.
SafeDefence is a versatile range of products purpose-designed to protect warehouse personnel, building structures and valuable stock from accident damage caused by impacts from material handling equipment. The system is reliant on a high-performance synthetic polymer that flexes on impact to safely absorb kinetic energy.
ASG Services’ Projected Safety Solutions, on Stand UK13, is brand new to IMHX having only been launched this summer. The system, which projects high-resolution beams of light, shapes and signage, is the safe and effective way of communicating information onto the floor or wall of a warehouse with pinpoint accuracy. Working in tandem with traditional line marking solutions, the technology helps to create an enhanced safety environment within any warehouse.
The arrival of ASG Energy Services, on Stand UK13a, is timely for an industry facing mounting cost pressures due to massive hikes in energy prices. But the company’s formation is also a response to an increasing desire amongst warehouse and logistics operators to source sustainable energy solutions.
The new company specialises in the design, supply and installation of Commercial Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems. These have the capability to generate a significant amount of electricity demand on site, depending on available roof space. Other services include onsite industrial battery storage and with the increasing popularity of electric vehicles, onsite charging points.
Warehouse Partners, located on Stand UK2 – within the UKWA Pavilion, will be showcasing its extended range of netting solutions with the arrival of its new ToppleNets™ solution. Fully adjustable and bespoke, the ToppleNets™ netting range has been developed to safely contain and restrain unracked loads and ground-stored pallets.
