Linde Material Handling has reported record sales figures, increasing revenue from €3,077.2 million in 2014 to €3,429.8 million in 2015. The company, which is Europe’s leading manufacturer of industrial trucks, processed 100,000 truck orders last year – its highest ever in the company’s 136 year history.

The 100,000th order was made by Kronospan, a family-owned Austrian business with 14,000 employees and 40 locations worldwide. The business, which is the world’s leading manufacturer of wood-based panels and wood materials, bought three new heavy electric forklift trucks for its Spanish locations: Burgos and Salas de los Infantes, where it operates a production line for melamine-faced panels.
