The Lightweight one-way pallet is available with an open or closed deck and the option of adding 3 bottom runners. It is extremely economical and is the lightest pallet in the range, making it the best option for exporting goods. With some of the pallets in this range also being nestable, they provide industries with effective solutions to empty pallets. Weighing only between 4.5 – 9kg, they can support a dynamic load of up to 1200kg and a static load up to 2000kg.
The Medium load pallet, which comes with an open deck, is available with the option of adding 3 bottom runners and the addition of metal tube reinforcements to enable the pallets to handle heavy-duty racking loads of more than 1000kg. Weighing between 7 – 16.5kg, and able to support dynamic loads of up to 1000kg and static loads of up to 2000kg, these pallets are extremely economical as their careful design enables them to be repaired without having to replace the whole pallet.
The Heavy Duty multi-use pallet comes with an open deck and the option to add 3, 5 or 6 bottom runners. It is recommended for industries that transport and store heavy loads where reusability and durability are of the utmost importance as, like the medium load pallet, it can be repaired without the need to replace the whole pallet. The pallets weigh between 17 – 25kg and are able to carry dynamic loads of up to 2000kg and static loads of up to 5000kg. With the addition of metal tube reinforcements, they are also able to carry racking loads over 1000kg.
Combining design and strength, the comprehensive range of pallets have been developed using the latest technology, resulting in plastic pallets that are economical, strong and offer the highest quality performance. Pallets are available in sizes 400x600mm, 800x600mm, 800x1200mm or 1000x1200mm and come with the option of adding customised extras such as anti-slip pins, anti-slip bands, logo printing, logo engraving and data matrix tags.
