In order to stay ahead of the international competition and to continue improving their products Keller kitchens and Bruynzeel kitchens have merged into one location in Bergen op Zoom. In order to operate an orderpick system that is effortless, easy and flexible both companies have already implemented a Pcdata Pick to Light system. This merger creates a kitchen company belonging to the top ten Kitchen companies in Europe. The new Bergen op Zoom location will again use a Pcdata Pick to Light system, however this time the system is updated with the newest hardware and functionalities optimizing productivity and efficiency.

Using Pcdata’s Pick To Light system – with 300 pick locations – all small kitchen parts are being picked. The so-called haberdashery such as leg levelers, screws and handles are picked fast and error-free using estafette picking. The slow movers are being picked using a Pick to Color system, resulting that less often picked parts are also being picked in an efficient way. Different parts are stored in colored bins and one display serves multiple bins. A light lit up in the same color as the bin when a certain part needs to be picked. Also at this new location Pcdata systems provide for optimal productivity, high reliability of supply and maximum flexibility.
Bruynzeel kitchens
Bruynzeel designs, produces and installs kitchens since 1897 from the factory in Bergen op Zoom and their 48 branches in the Netherlands and Belgium.
