Pitreavie Business Park is located 2 miles south of Dunfermline town centre, 17 miles north of Edinburgh and a short distance north of the Forth Road Bridge between Junctions 2 and 3 of the M90 motorway. Nearby occupiers include FMC Technologies, Amazon and Booker Cash & Carry.
The site is let to Palmer & Harvey Limited, the 6th largest private company in the UK and one of the nation’s leading wholesalers of confectionary, tobacco, chilled, frozen, grocery and convenience goods. The steel portal framed distribution warehouse was constructed in the 1980’s and offers just under 200,000 sqft of accommodation on a 13.5 acre site.
