This is integrated with the phone app all to allow you to send messages directly onto the teams phones, and their reply will be visible on screen.
The dashboard has a Formula 1 style traffic light code, and as a job goes through its stages, allocated, in progress, etc, the Red indicators turn Green. When the job is complete, they are all Green. Web based so no installation required.
