In a strategic move and in line with business growth, the Glasgow landlord and tenant department of DTZ has seen its team grow with the appointment of Anne Wilson. Anne joins the division from Renfrewshire Valuation Joint Board where she worked in the assessors department for 18 years. In her new role, she will deal with rent reviews and renewals for all types of commercial properties. During her time in the assessors department, she spent 11 years as a surveyor in valuation where she carried out rent analysis and negotiation on both commercial and residential properties.
Anne said: “I had a number of dealings with DTZ in my previous position and I spent a short secondment with the team last year and left very impressed. I am very much looking forward to the year ahead and the fresh challenges.”
Jim Sims, director of DTZ’s Glasgow landlord and tenant team, added: “Anne brings a wealth of experience and is a welcome addition at such as busy time. Her breath of knowledge will only help to assist in the development of the division.”
Anne studied surveying at the University of Paisley and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
