In response to the Coronavirus crisis, Bis Henderson Group, the ‘talent-to-solutions’ supply chain services company, is ensuring the wellbeing of all its employees by taking the precautionary steps recommended by the government, including remote working for all its consultants and support staff.

Importantly, however, the Group stresses that it is ‘business as usual’ across its four divisions – Recruitment, Consulting, Space and Academy. Reassuring clients, the business emphasises how its significant investment into a comprehensive digital remote working capability is enabling its consultants to continue to fully support clients in this challenging and fast-changing business environment.

Bis Henderson Group’s four key operating divisions are ready and prepared to offer advice and support for clients, candidates and learners.

With the government’s announced delay to IR35 the Recruitment business is responding quickly to bring in specialist interim managers to help hard-pressed businesses deal with complex emergency situations.

For Bis Henderson Consulting, the team is ready and available to support clients in mitigating the impact of this unprecedented challenge to their supply chains, across a broad spectrum of topics.

In Bis Henderson Space, consultants are actively engaged in helping businesses collaborate to share logistics capacity whether that’s pallet storage or facilities to destuff containers.

In Bis Henderson Academy the team is working hard to support learners and employers alike through the use of digital learning technology and remote support sessions.

Andy Kaye, CEO, Bis Henderson Group says: “These are unprecedented events in unpredictable times. Supply chains are in the midst of huge upheaval and will require intelligent and practical solutions to meet this country’s needs. But we are prepared. We have had to change very little to ensure business continuity. With our team of dedicated specialists, our extensive network of contacts and our connected digital capabilities we are well placed and ready to respond to whatever challenges our clients present us with. We’re ready and able to help.”
