The business has evolved on the back of the e-commerce boom experienced by its parent company, The Bacup Shoe Company, who developed and now support 3 incredibly successful e-sales platforms selling branded shoes worldwide! As manufacturing left these shores, so these towns and industries have had to re-invent themselves and move on with the times. Some have fallen back and some haven’t. We are embracing this challenge through initiatives like Alpha, ensuring that we keep and re-skill our dedicated workforce for the challenges of the modern world.”
One of the first things Alpha’s customers comment on is the company’s willingness to adapt at short notice. They’ll accommodate last minute deliveries and despatches – no re-booking days later because a driver has missed his allocated time slot! Services include picking, packing, dispatching for orders as low as single units, re-wrapping and labelling of end of season lines, re-branding, label supply and bar-code labelling. A dedicated team in admin, sales and customer support is in place and any returns or customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
