PD Industrial, one of the UK’s leading designers, suppliers and installers of industrial storage systems, is delighted to announce the appointment of Grahame Ramsey with immediate effect. Grahame joins the Midlands-based business as a Key Account Manager specialising in the area of dynamic storage solutions.
With over 40 years’ experience of the logistics and storage industry, Grahame brings with him a wealth of expertise. In his previous role, he was part of the management team at Interroll where he spent 12 years selling dynamic storage sub-systems to OEMs, systems integrators and distributors throughout the industry. Here, he was responsible for the successful delivery of projects into the likes of Lidl, Swisslog, Walkers Snackfoods and AG Barr.
PD Industrial’s co-founder and Managing Director, Darren Hardiman, is thrilled with his new acquisition: “We are delighted to welcome Grahame to the business. He brings with him such a wealth of product knowledge and industry expertise which is hard to surpass in the sector. He’s established an enviable reputation within the industry, and I’m looking forward to working closely with him on some really exciting projects we have in the pipeline.”
Prior to his previous post at Interroll, Grahame has spent his entire career within the logistics and storage industry working in a variety of roles for a wide range of specialists including Dexion, Apex Storage Systems, Link 51 and Linpac. More recently, he has become a specialist in dynamic storage solutions, which is the area he will be concentrating on at PD Industrial in his role as Key Account Manager.
