iForce, an Eddie Stobart company specialising in e-fulfilment, has announced the opening of a new state-of-art facility in Geddington Road, Corby, to support the businesses growth agenda.

The 860k sq. omni-channel fulfilment warehouse will house products for some of the UK’s best-known brands. The new facility also brings up to 350 jobs for local people, in roles ranging from warehouse operatives to operational management.

The new facility was officially opened earlier this month by the Lord Mayor of Corby and his wife, along with Paul Thirkell, Operations Director, iForce. Darren Lee, Operations Manager, iForce who has been instrumental in the set-up of CGR in its early phases, received the honour of cutting the ribbon to officially declare the facility open.

Commenting on the day, Paul said, “Today’s opening is a huge testament to the hard work and commitment displayed by all of our employees. This state-of-the-art facility will house thousands of household products and through the combination of our technology, operational expertise and consulting skills, we’re able to provide best-in-class supply chain solutions.”
