Air Partner plc (“Air Partner” or “Group”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Holder as Managing Director, Baines Simmons. He takes up the role immediately, reporting directly to Air Partner CEO Mark Briffa, and will also sit on the Group’s Operating Board.
Ian joined Baines Simmons as a Principal Consultant in 2015 and his promotion follows a thorough internal and external recruitment search. He has a particular interest in the power of organisational safety cultures to drive enhanced business performance and has worked with numerous global brands, including national flagcarrying airlines.
