In April 2008 WSL entered the fabrication business after opening our new purpose designed factory at Albion Business Park, Leeds.
Our 15,000 sq ft facility has worked through thousands of tonnes of steel and boasts an impressive array of machinery and equipment including a CNC drilling machine, Plate Worker, 4 large welding bays, various cutting equipment, a paint shop and a quality control room.
Over the last 10 years our factory has allowed us to avoid the typical 3rd party provider issues such as many happy hours of chasing suppliers to deliver on time and give us the quality we and our customers require.
Customisation:
Our customers benefit greatly from our in-house bespoke manufacturing facility as it allows us to provide exactly what they require, easily and efficiently without the involvement of external companies which could lead to complications and misinterpretation.
Expert Advice:
WSL have been in operation since 1989 and opening the factory has given us extra knowledge about the items we manufacture. We get to see every aspect of these products from the initial design to the finished item. This enables us to give our customers expert advice and our clients can rest assured knowing that the same team that has surveyed the site and processed the order has also closely monitored the manufacturing and installation.
Flexibility:
An unexpected change of circumstances can sometimes affect a customer’s requirement. These changes in requirements can be easily and efficiently met. Having our CAD trained design team and fabrication team all working closely together within the same building, it allows us the ability to liaise within departments and to make any necessary changes quickly, without the need to contact other businesses to change, add or adjust anything.
Peace of Mind:
We are very proud of the fact that our factory continues to pass an annual CE marking audit and adhere to the stringent requirements of BS EN 1090. This along with being a full member of SEMA we are able to reassure our customers of highest quality and standards.
We can also guarantee that our steel work engineering has the necessary certification to comply with all Construction Products Regulations (CPR) Requirements.
