As a leading exhibition for the logistics sector, LogiMAT 2018 in Stuttgart is a source of brilliant ideas and technological innovations – and the place where the WAGNER Group will demonstrate its solutions for Logistics 4.0 from 13 to 15 March 2018. The key focus will be on the OxyReduct® active fire prevention system in combination with the TITANUS® very early smoke detection system.
This year’s international exhibition for intralogistics, considered as a meeting of experts, will take place under the slogan ‘Digital – Networked – Innovative’. The WAGNER Group has its finger on the pulse with its OxyReduct® active oxygen reduction technology: act, don’t react. As a system manufacturer with an experience of more than 40 years, the fire protection expert specialises in innovative solutions for processsensitive areas and areas with high asset concentrations.
The OxyReduct® proactive system intervenes before a fire can develop, thus preventing fire-induced losses of goods as well as interruptions or downtime that pose a risk to business operations. The OxyReduct® technology is based on the ingenious approach of avoiding a fire to break out in the first place. To achieve this, the oxygen content in the area to be protected is permanently lowered below the ignition threshold of the materials predominately housed there and maintained at this level in a controlled manner. A physical filtration process is used to generate the nitrogen required for the oxygen reduction from the ambient air on site as needed.
By combining OxyReduct® with very early smoke detection, WAGNER offers a complete fire protection solution of the highest standard. Highly sensitive TITANUS® air sampling smoke detectors identify causes of fire, which can no longer develop into actual fires due to the oxygen reduction, at the earliest possible stage, which makes timely counteractive measure possible. The robust TITANUS® systems are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from – 40°C to +60°C and apply the patented LOGIC·SENS® fire pattern recognition technology to differentiate between actual fires and false alarm scenarios, eliminating the latter with great reliability. All TITANUS® air sampling smoke detectors and their accessories are VdS approved. FM and UL-approved versions are also available.
Customers all over the world trust in the trendsetting fire protection solutions from the WAGNER Group, which impresses with its own research and development department. These include Imperial Automotive Logistics, NewCold, Preferred Freezer Services, KLM Logistik, the British Library and BASF, just to name a few.
