Toyota Material Handling UK will be providing a number of free health and safety guides and advice to visitors who operate materials handling equipment at the Health and Safety North exhibition on the 10th and 11th of October 2017.

Located on stand L20, Toyota Material Handling UK will be showcasing a range of hand pallet trucks, powered pallet trucks and tow tractors that reduce manual handling, and will be on hand to provide support and free safety resources to visitors to the stand who use materials handling equipment.

The free safety resources include forklift safety guides, manual handling guides and a number of best practice posters for reach trucks, powered stackers, powered pallet trucks and forklifts. Toyota team members will be available to talk to visitors about their materials handling operations and provide them with product advice ranging from simple hand pallet trucks to the latest range of engine and electric-powered forklifts.

On stand there will be the BT Pro Lifter manual hand pallet truck that features unique Pro Start technology which helps to get loads moving using 67% less effort than a standard hand pallet truck, which shows Toyota’s innovation and support for operators.

Also on stand will be our BT Staxio HWE100S powered stacker truck and the BT Levio LWE130 powered pallet truck. These trucks have been designed for use in compact spaces thanks to their simple and intuitive steering and require minimal manual effort to operate.

Jon Buckley, Commercial Director at Toyota said, “At Toyota we are focused on providing not only the safest trucks for our customers, but also industry leading advice and support. By offering a total business solution we help our customers not only during the process of choosing equipment, but also throughout the lifetime of the truck by providing: service support including Thorough Examination inspections and operator training.”
