Harlequins is proud to announce that it has renewed and enhanced its Principal Partnership with DHL, the global market leader in logistics.
To celebrate the renewal, DHL organised a climb at The O2 in London with first team players Chris Robshaw, James Horwill, James Chisholm and Charlie Matthews, current Academy members George Head and Max Coyle, and Harlequins Ladies Jess Breach, Hannah Field and Jess Wooden. The renewed partnership sees DHL retain its presence on the front of the shirt while extending its support to Harlequins’ leading Academy and EPDG structure, and the Harlequins Ladies team.
Commenting on the announcement, Harlequins Commercial Director Ned Wills said: “We are very pleased and excited to have extended our partnership with DHL and continue to work with such a prestigious organisation who recognises the appeal of Harlequins in this country, and around the world.
“This renewed partnership is also exciting as DHL will support the Harlequins Ladies and Academy squads, which reflects our collective ambition to promote the growth of the game at all levels.
“We have enjoyed an incredibly successful relationship since 2012 and we are looking forward to continuing this in the coming years to achieve our collective objectives.”
DHL has been a partner of Harlequins since 2012, and in 2014, became the Club’s Principal Partner. As market leaders in innovation and creativity in local, national and international environments, Harlequins and DHL have created an enviable partnership which thrives on similar values.
DHL will also look to expand the service and distribution of the Club’s retail offering, while growing and developing the grassroots of the game with the Club’s community team.
