Baytree Logistics Properties, a pan-European logistics and industrial development platform launched by AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets in 2015, announces that Sascha Petersmann has been appointed as Head of Germany.
Based in Cologne, he will report directly to Rabih Modad, Managing Director of Baytree. The appointment follows Baytree’s recently announced first development site acquisition in Hannover, purchased by the Logistics Development Club.
