WMB started out as a small specialist transporter of motorcycles and now provides complete logistics, warehousing and event support to a range of clients from vehicles to refrigeration.

Founded in 2007 by Directors Paul Lusty and Tony Davis from Gloucestershire, the business first began transporting motorcycles and designed its own cradling system for safely and securely carrying bikes. Over the last 10 years the business has developed into a complete logistics and transport company, working from its base in Gloucester, with clients around the world.

Director Paul Lusty said: “We’ve worked hard to build a reputation as being the best transporter of motorcycles in the UK, working with the world’s most famous brands. But that’s not all we do and the business continues to grow. We’ve expanded into temperature controlled transport, warehousing and we now work with event companies to take brands on tour. We have big plans for the next ten years, expanding what we do and launching our own range of cleaning products for the motorcycle industry. So watch this space!”

WMB’s clients include Harley-Davidson, Ducati, KTM, BMW, Suzuki, Royal Enfield, The National Motorcycle Museum and the Ducati Museum (Bologna). They’ve moved bikes for movie stars, moto GP riders including Carl Foggarty, ridden Harley-Davidson’s with pop group The Saturdays and transported a collection of rare Norton motorcycles for the National Motorbike Museum.

Operations Director Tony Davis added: “The success of the last ten years has been down to the commitment and passion of our staff and the real pride we all have in what we do. From the motorcycle technicians and warehouse team here at the Gloucester depot, to our drivers out on the road, we all care about the WMB brand and doing the best we can for our clients. We are already the number 1 choice motorbike transporter, our aim is to build a similar reputation as a general logistics provider here in the south west.”

WMB Group is made up of WMB Logistics, WMB Palletised, WMB Chilled and WMB Events. It is the only specialist logistics firm offering tailored distribution services and event logistics support across a range of sectors – from dealers; to events and museums.
