Howard Tenens newest warehouse, extending to 175,000 sq ft and situated on the Stakehill Industrial Estate in Middleton has undergone an extensive refurbishment over the past few months into a modern, high spec, premium warehouse. The first phase of some 155,000 sq ft is immediately available with a further 20,000 sq ft due to be completed in Q2.
