Centriq Group, parent company of Voiteq and Cirrus Logistics, has announced another strong year, with a 10 per cent increase in revenues, headcount up by 12 per cent and continued innovation with the launch of new and enhanced products to the market in 2016.

Once again, its customer-centric approach, commitment to research and development, superior global service levels, as well as focus on nurturing a team of dedicated and experienced professionals has enabled Centriq Group to achieve strong year-on-year growth.

David Stanhope, CEO of Centriq Group commented, “We’re delighted that 2016 was another successful year despite the changing economic landscape and challenges faced by global operations everywhere. Our continued growth is testimony to our people and the outstanding customer service that we deliver to all of our customers around the world.”

Voiteq continues to innovate by applying its deep understanding of supply chain business processes and enabling technologies. Launched at IMHX UK last year, VoiceMan Data Analysis empowers customers with interactive visualisations of their operational data; supporting more informed decision-making for both short and long-term planning. In addition, its predictive analytics capability lets customers better plan for future scenarios to improve service levels and reduce costs.

Taking its innovation one step further, Voiteq expanded voice beyond the four walls of warehousing and into the inspection market with the release its VoiceMan Inspection Execution System, following a successful pilot deployment in North America the previous year. Inspection processes greatly benefit from the compliance, ergonomics, traceability and visibility that the solution provides. Cirrus Logistics further cemented the Group’s reputation for innovation, issuing version 14 of its award-winning CLASS warehouse modelling and simulation software last year. With a completely remastered Graphical User Interface (GUI) for a more modern look, new features and new guides, the tool is even easier to use than ever before. Taking the solution to the APAC market with the release of CLASS in Mandarin, the business experienced substantial growth in the region and continues to invest in other markets with French and German language versions of CLASS being launched in Spring 2017.

In addition, Cirrus Logistics expanded its portfolio in the maritime sector with its brand new Marine Enterprise Suite (MES) across Europe and North America. MES has been designed to meet the needs of modern terminals. Bringing together additional data that the scheduler needs to ensure the port or terminal utilises workable plans with the most up-todate information, as well as the ability to make these plans available in real-time to all stakeholders. Centriq focuses on providing local support on a global scale. Its growth into existing and new markets has enabled the business to provide world-class support to multinational accounts with successful roll-outs of numerous voice projects across North America and EMEA. Recognising this excellence, Honeywell once again awarded Voiteq ‘Vocollect Voice Partner of the Year’ and the two businesses continue to work in partnership on a global scale.

The accolades continued with the business winning “Customer Service Award” from the UKWA, “Medium Business of the Year” at the BIBAs, marked for its outstanding growth in the Northern Tech Awards and highlighted for its innovation in the Trophées de la PME Performante Awards.

“2016 was another great year for us,” Stanhope remarked. “That said, we never rest on our laurels and are always working on exciting new ways we can help our customers improve their operations. We’re looking forward to spreading voice across new disciplines and markets throughout 2017.”
